About some aspects of mechanisms development of the state policy realization in sphere of social labor relations

Abstract. In the article some aspects of mechanisms development of a state policy realization in the sphere of social labor relations here been analyzed. The analysis of last researches in this problem has been made and the authors opinion has been expressed. In the article the influence of social labor relations on the process of transition from the industrial society to the postindustrial one has been analyzed. Social labor relations from the position of radical changes which occur ob the level of corporative structures have been analyzed. In the article the definition of the corporatism has been given as forms of organizational behavior, and as well corporation relations as relations of self organization which arise on the base of the personal, collective and public interests combinations in the course of labor activity. In the article it is underlined that the corporative professionalism and culture are considered as the most elements of the human institution capital. The influence of creative corporations on the social labor relations has been shown and analyzed distinctive features.

Features of the paradigm of the public management of region development
National Academy of Public Management at the President of Ukraine
Abstract. Various approaches to define the concept “development” and the priority of factors which are its components are analyzed in the article. There are also specified characteristic features of the modern interpretation of regional development. The focus is on a necessity of a system approach to the government of a region development regarding economic, social, and ecological factors. It is emphasized that a distinctive feature of modern patterns of growth is a great attention to the most valuable resource, that is the brainpower which comprises people, social and managerial abilities, people’s cоoperation, the latter resulting in proliferation of knowledge and social capital formation. Being written in workbooks, instructions, and documents, this knowledge belongs to an organization. There is suggested a concept of a «zero growth» which means reproduction of population, equipment for a production, a transfer of the industrial production and communal and housing services to the work with a complete utilization of wastes.

Ways of perfection of state management of the social development

Abstract. In the article the ways of the state management perfection of the social development in the content of the standard living of Ukrainian population. Have been considered. The assent of the public service management perfection has been done. The concept the «standard of living», factors influencing on the given social and economic category has been considered. The connection between the «standard of living» concept and the efficiency work level of public service enterprises sphere has been established. The main features of «natural monopolies» have been considered including the public service as well, as some distinguished features of public service sphere. The main ways of public service management perfection have been suggested: property forms changing of public service enterprises sphere, multichannel mechanism for enterprises financing of given sphere with this mechanism faxing in the legislation of the service tariff perfection given by public service enterprises.

Abstract. The article is devoted to the state part in the of creation and operation of small business and business associations of the Czech Republic, the role of small and average enterprises for the Czech Republic economies, the structure of private buisinessman in the Czech Republic for 12 years, the existing infrastructure of a small business support. There was also considered of the business associations activity of the Czech Republic on the example of the Association of small and average enterprises and small businessman and its contribution into the development of small business of the Czech Republic, namely, directions and principles of the Association operation, rights and duties of the Association members, attitude to the environment for a stable and favourable further development of small and average business and their competitiveness increasing. There have been revealed the largest problems of small business development in the Czech Republic in comparison wiht Ukraine. On the base of the examined problems of the development of the small business sector of the Czech Republic there was revealed strength of the businessman activity and its using for Ukraine has been suggested.

Abstract. The modern state of the building market is considered in the article. The factors, which coursed crisis arising are defined. It has been revealed that the crisis has touched especially the construction engineering. The research of abroad experience was carried out in the field of learning foreign experience in the overcoming of crisis. The experience of Russia was studied. During the research carrying out of our coming it has been revealed that the Russian Association experts building worked out the complex measures in the sphere comply dwelling sector supports economics. The Rumanian experience showed that the most spread variant of overcome the crisis is the reducing of property volume of building. The most important aspects and of the Law of Ukraine “About the prevention of financial crisis influence on the building branch and construction engineering” and there comparison have bean considerer. There were formed activities to stabilize the national building market of Ukraine.

Abstract. The research of the modern state of industrial enterprises, the necessity of the strategic planning of their investment development, has been proved. The instability of economics stipulates the necessity to look for constancy The efficiency increasing in the industrial sphere for every subject activity, to waysforecast and plan the enterprise development due to the needs of the market economics. The effective development of the industrial production in Ukraine is impossible without activization of the investment process, improvement of legislative base. In the conditions of financial base worsening of industrial enterprises, high labor and financial charges, imperfection of production connections, the problem of the economic regulation of the industrial production development acquires on the special significance. Modern reformation of Ukraine economy acidized the process of management solution search which provide the efficiency of industry functioning. A perfect economic mechanism of development adjusting of the industrial production is an objective effective country operating condition in the conditions of market transformations. On the modern stage one of the main tasks of economics development of Ukraine, in accordance with the economic strategy and social policy there is the transition to the stable economic growth, which, in its turn, is provided with effectiveness of separate industrial enterprises operation. These problems are studied in the given article.

The concession as one of methods of private investments to the public service attraction

Abstract. One of the most problem sectors of economics in Ukraine is the dwelling public service. The social and economic situation of territorial city mass depends on its state and prospects development. Definite possibilities for the economic public service economy improving has of concession mechanism, using the basic components have been define by the legislation of Ukraine. In the article the advantages and lacks of such a mechanism have been grounded. On the basis of their determination the necessity of purposeful development of concession mother has been is proved as the most essential instrument of bringing of investments in the municipal sphere of city. Concession relations principles of organization the proper observance of which provides achievement of optimum result of interaction of of private business representatives have been local authorities definite. Taking into account the author recommendations in relation to the of process organization development of concession relations the suggestions have bean represented as for improvement of the communal objects which simultaneously are the objects of the city infrastructure been represented.
