Multi-attribute contractors selection on the basis of bayes rule

Abstract. Contractor evaluation is a vital part of the project management cycle and deals with risk and risk management. One of the most important phases in the construction industry is the bidding process. In order to select the most appropriate contractor for the project and prepare the most realistic and accurate bid proposal, stakeholders have to know all financial, technical and general information about these contractors. The information can be determined as qualitative or quantitative data. This paper presents the multi-attribute contractors ranking method by applying Bayes rule. This method allows dealing with qualitative as well as with quantitative data. Finally, an illustrative example of contractor selection is used to demonstrate the feasibility and practicability of the proposed model.

Investment activity as the method of crisis management in the palestinian construction sector

Abstract. This paper is devoted to the problem resolution of application of investment activity as a method of anticrisis management in the construction branch in Palestine. The main elements of investment policy, specificity investment climate in Palestine have been analyzed. Researches of specific character of getting the Palestinian National Autonomy out of crisis have been carried out. To resolve the problem, it is recommended its application of anticrisis management strategy which considers the following: the possibility of precise defining the aims of investment (new projects, reconstruction, modernization); the possibility of choosing investment projects in accordance to the designated priorities (for example – maximal effect achieving at minimal expense); the possibility of revealing real sources of investments taking into consideration certain opportunities of creating legislative base for realization and developments of investments, both foreign and state ones.

Integration strategies of the international interaction of economic methods of innovative-investment activity in Donbas region under conditions of local markets globalization

Abstract. The article deals with the present-day international economic processes of native interaction and the world regional markets. The outlook integration al strategies of interaction of economic methods of innovative investment activization Donbas activity inside Ukraine and global processes of the world economics have been worked. Special attention is given to the creation of integration organized structures of innovative investment activization of activity Donbas region namely (Donbas innovative financial group, Donbas regional development corporation, etc.). In addition to this in Ukraine the integration al processes are being carried out towards the «East–West» with corresponding external integration into the globalised world economics by improving international, transport and financial international flows in the direction: Japan – China – Kazakhstan – Russia – Poland – Germany – France – Great Britain – the USA. For activization of the innovative investment activity in Donbas the particular part the must play laying out the technological and industrial areas, the centre of high technologies after V.N. Amitan, business incubators etc. The development of innovative investment for the creation of the Donbas technological area (Donbastechnocrai) is considered to de perspective, and namely innovation investment project of technological policy «Donbastechnocrai» policy.

Abstract. In the article the analysis of management efficiency is presented in the forming property of process of large industrial complexes in Ukraine. The economic relations and management mechanism have been considered, as the formalized aggregate of prevention facilities and of internal processes regulation of economic activity. Simultaneous the effective of economical functioning and financial system as the whole in great extent depends on timely and painless liquidation (reorganizations) of ineffective subjects of productions; therefore there is the reorganization in such terms of management the issue of the day. The special significance is acquires the task of change of the folded practice of management the large industrial complexes, which correspond the modern requirements and management conditions not in full extent.

The forecast of need in labour resources of region – the basis of the regional order for a professional training

Abstract. The paper deals with the consumption calculation algorithm of the regional human resources, as for statistic data of evaluation prognosis for the number to the five-year period is worked out. The growth rates of production volume and labour productivity are calculated on the basis of tendencies of branches development. The correlation these indexes are used for calculation of prognosis number of the staff employees of the branch for the given period, labour turnover coefficient and average age of employees of the given branch are calculated by results of enterprises managers forming. The indexes are used for determination of additional demands in personnel. Forecasting number of experts to 2008-2020 is determined providing calculated branch demands in personnel according to forms of activity for Donetsk region economics. The paper shows the principal trends of the regional order for personnel training.

Abstract. An estimation of bodies efficiency of the government in region, in sphere of regulation of mutual relations of subjects of investment activity are established. State regulation of economy in general and investment process in particular is considered and proved, that state regulation of economy is the complex social and economic phenomenon displaying various aspects of industrial and public attitudes, and demanding the system approach to its knowledge. In clause the hypothesis that in new market conditions the system of forms and methods of coordination state regulation is capable to solve that class of organizational–administrative problems which is adequate to a level of their complexity proves to be true. In clause importance if is emphasized and quality standard of a system effectiveness of state regulation by investments, that is pays attention to the decision of a problem of an estimation of quality of system of state regulation of investment process.

In the article it is emphasized the importance of increasing in quantity of subjects of small business by improvement of the policy regulation mechanism of the state the taxation of economic activities of small business subjects. It was based the necessity of improvement of the operating model of the taxation system in subjects activity of small business, as the mechanism component of the state management of small business development in the country. It was offered, that the strategical reforming direction of tax system for small business subjects conceptual must be elaborating of the attitude for improvement of the realization mechanism of the regulational policy of the state for creation of efficial tax regulation in the given sector of native economics which is based on such important principles as: Unification of approaches and methods to requirements taxing, reducting of fax quantity, a level decreasing of load tax, equalitiness in fiscal exactions from a small firm again applying the common or simplified tax technologies as well.

The integral estimation of the building branch condition

Abstract. The article deals with the reserch of the economic potential of the building complex (on example of the Ukraine and Donetsk region), the statistical data of the economic potential development of the building complex. The Purpose is the consideration the problems of the building complex problems and undertakings eleboration of the development economic potential developments of this branch. The reserch that argues the economic potential of the building complex depends on the romge of factors, as follows: on highskilled workmen, on state support, on the innovation quality инновационной and investment activity, on equipment, suitability on the risks construction and so on. All this leads to about increasing of competitivealility of Ukrane building enterprises in the world market. The problems of economic building complex potential need the further research at the expense of rational and efficient resources and investment involving.
