Determination of the Parameters of Moisture Transfer and the Location of the Plane of Possible Condensation in the Systems of Suspended Facades with a Ventilated Air Layer
Donetsk National Technical University
Abstract. Ventilated facade is one of the most popular and effective heat-insulating technology. Such systems has large amount of advantages with respect to other methods of heat insulation of building envelope. One of the most important advantages is the ability of moisture removal from the envelope, which is possible because of the presence of air gap between insulation layer and external panel. But there is no proof, that the air gap prevents the appearance of condensation zone in the construction and that the whole moisture withdraw the air gap. This research examines the problems of fluid transfer in building envelopes with ventilated facade and determination of disposition of condensation zone in these constructions with using of Fokin-Vlasov’s graphic-analytical method.
Keywords: ventilated facade, vapor permeability, partial pressure, condensation zone.

Coefficient of Thermal Uniformity of the Enclosing Structure with a Hinged Facade with a Ventilated Air Layer
Donetsk National Technical University
Abstract. Increased interest in energy-saving technologies in construction has indicated the need for a detailed analysis of the effectiveness of measures to insulate the building envelope. One of the most common and effective methods of insulation of enclosing structures is a hinged facade with a ventilated air layer. When installing ventilated facades, a large number of fasteners are used, which are heat-conducting inclusions. The paper deals with the influence of fasteners of the ventilated facade on the thermal uniformity of the entire enclosing structure. Using modern engineering software the modelling of part of building envelope with heat-conducting inclusion has been done. The influence of geometric and material of fixture elements on the coefficient of heat engineering uniformity of the building envelope after ventilated facade’s mounting was analysed.
Keywords: ventilated facade, coefficient of heat engineering uniformity, heat flow, holder.

Analysis of the Damageability of Water and Sewer Networks
Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. The main characteristics of water-carrying pipelines (for example, the Donetsk region) are considered. The factors that cause failures on pipelines are identified. The structure of the main types of damage to pipelines of various materials is given. The deterioration of the network and the accident rate of pipelines in the Donetsk region were analyzed. The negative impact of depressurization of pipelines on groundwater and surface water, atmosphere, lithosphere, social sphere and man is described. The dependences of the frequency of clogging of collectors on their diameter, accidents on the total length of the pipeline and the availability of mining digging, the number of pipeline failures on the time of year are given. A method of using failure criteria for «critical» points, a mathematical model for reserving and optimizing the operation of water-carrying communications are proposed. A system for monitoring and controlling the operation of networks, water quality and the choice of pipe material at reconstruction is proposed.
Keywords: pipeline inspection, accident rate, network reliability, network diagnostics.

The Bearing Capacity Assessment of Spacer Reinforced Concrete Beams for Different Calculations Models
Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. The results of the calculation of reinforced concrete beams with a limited displacement of the support sections in the horizontal direction are presented. The calculations were performed using the Lyra-SAPR software package, taking into account the physical non-linearity of materials deformation. Two computational models of a single-span beam are considered: in the form of a flat scheme of beam-wall plates and in the form of a volume scheme of bulk finite elements. The diagrams of deformation of concrete and reinforcement used in the performance of nonlinear calculations are given. Produced a quantitative assessment of the accuracy of the calculation results compared with the test results experienced beams. Recommendations on the choice of the design model for the specific purposes of the calculations are given.
Keywords: beams, reinforced concrete, thrust, diagrams, design model, bearing capacity.

Evaluation of the Effectiveness of High-Strength Steel Fiber Concrete in Construction of a Continuous Casting Machine (СCM)
Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. The results of the analysis of the technical condition of the building structures of the secondary cooling chamber of the continuous casting machine (CCM) of the electric steel plant are presented. The theoretical studies of the effectiveness of the use of high-strength steel fiber concrete in the construction of this building structures using modern calculation complexes based on FEM are obtained. An example of the use of diagram methods of calculation in the calculation of reinforced concrete structure of the walls of the secondary cooling chamber CCM under the influence of high temperatures is considered. The influence of this method on the value of the stress-strain state parameters of structures, taking into account the actual mode of operation of the structure. Recommendations on the account of discrete reinforcement in the assessment of stress-strain state and the design of structures under complex temperature and humidity conditions using «Lira SAPR» softwere are given.
Keywords: the design of the secondary cooling chamber of the CCM machine, technical condition, temperature and humidity effects, defects and damage, high-strength steel fiber concrete.
