Effect of temperature on stressed and strained suspended system of bending and rigid threads

Abstract. The results of numeral investigation at the analysis of sensitiveness of structural chart of suspended coverage formed by the system of bending and rigid threads to the temperature variations appearing in the process of operation of just statically undetermined systems and cause the changes of not only linear sizes of constructions but also the appearance of additional efforts have been presented. At investigation the suspended coverage, the followings loads and effects have been taken into account: own weight, snow load, temperature change in relation to the temperature of shorting of construction coverage in the warm and cold periods of the year. For the basic bearing elements of the suspended system the results of numeral investigations of the stressed and strained state allowing to estimate the degree of the effects of temperature have been obtained.

Influence of mixing technology and fiber4reinforced concrete structure to its durability and shrinkage

Abstract. In the article the results of researches of influencing of technology of interfusion of fibrous concrete on longevity of material are resulted. Fibrous concrete, prepared in a mixer with a flexible corps has highest indexes of durability. Fiber concrete compositions reinforced by waste products of cord, polypropylene and glass fibers based on Portland and expanded cement have been used during experiments. It has been found out that fiber concrete resistance changes in process of time. It depends on mixing method, kind of dispersed reinforcement and astringent. Optimal characteristics of compositions prepared in flex mixer. Compositions prepared in flex mixer have the best results, compositions prepared in mixer using engineered machine for fiber feeding and in gravitational mixer with added rotor. Use of traditional gravitational mixer doesn’t provide production of quality intimate mixture. Researches have demonstrated that fiber concrete made of Portland cement, reinforced by cord waste materials has worst degrees according to resistance in two years of keeping. Main cause of such bad results is void structure of matrix. Glass-fiber reinforced concrete based on NC, prepared in flex mixer has the least shrinkage properties and the highest strength degrees. Compositions based on expanded cement with polypropylene fibers have good results, tension strength during flexure of compositions based on Portland cement independent from method of preparation back off in process of time.

Methods of defense of constructions building gettings in area of deformation of foundation

Abstract. At planning of buildings and buildings on karst territories structural defence of buildings against karst deformations is mainly executed in fundamental part, expected on condition of formation of karst failure. Foundations, providing structural defence of buildings against карстовых deformations, got the name «karstdefence foundations». In the article the devices developed by authors are resulted for indemnification of deformations of foundation. The offered devices automatically provide the maintainance of project mark or horizontal position of above columns constructions during deformation of foundation. The use of these devices will allow to carry out building in difficult terms.

Interrelation between strength and deformative characteristics of nonautoclaved foam concrete

Abstract. The article is devoted to the investigations of strength and deformative characteristics of nonautoclaved foam concrete on the basis of the literature and standards analysis and on the own experimental researches. As a result there are determined the interrelations between physical-mechanical properties of nonautoclaved foam concrete and proposed empirical equations that correlate such characteristics as: grade of concrete by density, grade of concrete by compressive strength, prism compressive strength, tensile strength and modulus of elasticity.

Constructive calculation of a coiled heat-exchanger for heating and hot water supply systems

Abstract.The article is concerned with the calculation of properties of the unit for the heating and hot water supply systems. The unit may be engineered for the independent schemes of connection of local heating and hot water supply systems of residential, public and industrial buildings. The use of the construction of the heat-exchanger for the systems of individual or centralized hot water supply with one and the same heating surface of the heat-exchanger will help to increase thermal capacity at the expense of intensification of the heat exchange. If one takes into account the redistribution of thermal flows between the heating and hot water supply system for twenty-four hours in a three-circuit heat-exchanger, the given unit will stabilize the work of the heat supply system per day with the highest possible water pumping. The optimal gabarits of the whole construction of the three-circuit heat-exchanger for individual thermal points with the independent scheme of connection of local heating and hot water supply systems are defined. The methods of constructive calculation allow to optimize HSU and increase the effectiveness of heat mass exchange.

Improving the efficiency of diatomite in the finishing compositions

Abstract. The results of studies of regularities of structure formation of lime composites using diatomite. We consider the heat treatment and activation of diatomite addition of substances that increase the content of silica. It is shown that the effect of the temperature factor has led to a change in the energy state of the material surface, manifested in a change in the distribution of adsorption centers, marked a shift in the spectrum of CAR. An increase in the number of Bronsted acid sites on the surface of heat-treated diatomite compared to unfired diatomite. When you modify the silica sol diatomite revealed an increase in hydrophilicity of the surface, increasing the hydraulic activity. It is shown that the use of lime in the recipe formulations thermally activated and modified diatomite improves performance properties of composites.

Planning with taking into account the needs of invalids and old people as one of the meaningful directions in contemporary training of architectural specialities

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problems of training of students and postgraduate students on questions of planning for the needs of invalids and old people. The experience of training of specialists in this direction by supplement and remaking of some theoretical and practical disciplines of architectural institutes is considered. The special attention to essential shortcomings of this approach, impossibility of safeguarding of integral perception of the material is given. On the bases of results of the fulfilled researches the conclusion about necessity and advisability of working out of the single thematic course of studies entirely oriented on this direction of training is drawn. The short description of some paramount questions in field of special design and architecture for offered course is given.
