Comparative analysis of the results of the wind-load calculation of the 250m-high smoke pipe flue

Abstract. The results of efforts calculation in the annular section and axis displacement the 250 m-high reinforced concrete smoke pipe on the windload and structure weight using the engineering methods of ВСН-286-72 and modern program complex “Lira” have been given. Efforts calculation have been carrying out considering the pulsing wind load component according to BNR 2.01.07-84. Bar and spatial calculation models of the flue taking info the account deformed schemes have been considered. Additional efforts at the expense of horizontal displacement of the flue because of the wind influence and the careen foundation are determined by successive approximations method according to DBN 286-72, as well as stepwise iterational method of geometric nonlinear problems, solutions relized in PC “Lira”. Comparative analysis of obtained results has shown, that design bending moments and axis displacements, calculated using engineering methods exceed the values suitable to FEM-method.

Research of physical and mechanical material properties of experimental model for determination of tds in the elements of model structure of stadium coverage

Abstract. In the article the experimental research of physical and mechanical properties of material of PVC (polyvinylchloride) is described with the use of glue of Cosmofen CA12, applying used while of large-scale model manufacturing of stationary coverage above the stadium tribunes with of 2.46х1.7 m. The general sizes of model are designed in accordance with tribune CS «Shakhtar» sizes in Donetsk. PVC is used mainly while manufacturing of products advertisent, it is the material, easily was open for mechanical treatment, comparatively inexpensive, due to what comfortably to use it while structure modeling. The expancion diagram of plastic of PVC for which reason the loadings diapason was established when this material works in the resilient stage.

Typological features of local socially-territorial complexes of the reconstructed building

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of problem of the building complex reconstruction in small and average towns. Research objects –have been revealed local socially-territorial complexes of dwelling building. The results of analysis of complexes of building occurred in small towns are presented in the article, which are subjected to the reconstruction. The localization rules have been formulated in the city planning of reconstruction complexes. Parameterization of town-building environment of block of flats has been realized. The exposed types of the designing organization of local dwelling complexes are classified due to the functional purpose, the storey building and the period of setting up. On the base of analysis of architectural-art and town-building significance, typological, compositional, scale, functional, chronological particularities algorithm of forming of the criteria system of objective estimation of social and territorial complexes of the reconstructing building has been offered. Typology of local social and territorial complexes of the reconstructing building, has been proposed together with the generalized estimation of engineering and technical state of buildings, conformity analysis of their town-building features with the operating norms and rules, is the reason for undertakings elaboration in order to save, to reconstruct and to develop territories of the reconstructing dwelling building.

Problems of settlements development in the conditions of landscape-recreative areas forming

Abstract. Primary town-planning have been determined, arising nowadays while implementation of the settlements design documentation, located near-by unique natural objects, protected landscapes, on the littoral territories of aquatoriums. The market of the recreational objects analysis has been carried out in the sphere of the functional and special purpose. The ways of town-planning, regulation of land distribution and ecological tasks solution analyzed in the elaborating project documentation with the purpose of present town-planning errors removal. The analysis of operating legislative normatively-legal documents has been carried out on the a town-planning and organization of land distribution, suggestions have been formulated as for changing some of them.

Definition of dry plaster mixtures consumption

Abstract. The analysis of the Ukrainian and European standard documents requirements for of the building structures surfaces which are subjected plastering has been carried out. The technique of quality estimation of the surfaces, has been given which stated in German industrial standard DIN 18 202. Nonconformity of the standard documents operating in Ukraine, to the European norms is revealed. The purpose of researches has been established which the influence of walls a surface of quality on the plaster mixture consumption internal plastering of walls by the mechanized way. There was used the technique of the walls wrong weight subjected to the further finish, corresponding to the main points of DIN 18 202. The method of definition of the dry plaster mixtures consumption by mechanized way is offered. The received results of researches show the consumption of plaster mixtures increasing depending on of walls surface quality.

Changes of static wind loadings on buildings under the influence of wind waves

Abstract. The article is devoted to studying leeward waves in urban area with the altitudinal buildings possessing properties of interference effect of wave formation which can lead to multiple increasing of wind loading that is not considered by building standards. The characteristics of the leeward waves depending on the atmosphere state and the sizes of wave formation source, the geometrical sizes of area where wave loadings are essential and vibration strengthening are possible, energy transferring is estimated by leeward waves taking into account dissipation and attenuations effects. There have been received results of fields calculations of arising leeward waves on the example of a situation of two altitudinal buildings where the character of waves distribution of and wind pressure arising with this are defined. The additional pressure value depends on the geometrical building sizes and to their mutual location. Interaction of leeward waves leads to interference picture and, as the consequence, to the local wave pressure enhancing. The new concept the interference factor is entered, allowing to estimate of wind, strengthening influencing on buildings in the conditions of territories building.
