The probabilistic model of the maximum values distribution for describing the corrosion damage depth of steel pipes of main oil pipelines
Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. The constant growth of the reconstruction and repair of buildings and structures dictates the need for Ukraine’s construction industry for professionals who are engaged in restoration and enhancement of buildings and structures of ways shotcrete. The team of authors in their work reviewed and presented the most interesting in our opinion the technological means and mechanisms for sprayed concrete work that can be used in the reconstruction and rehabilitation of buildings and structures. The main condition for obtaining sprayed coatings of good quality is the observance of the right technology in accordance with technological parameters of the putting of fine-grained concrete mixtures, which have a major impact on the final physical and mechanical properties and performance characteristics of the concrete layer, when methods applied shotcrete to the surface of old concrete.

Analysis of the experience in adaptive reuse of industrial architecture with new social functions
Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Civil Engineering
Abstract. The present paper deals with problem of adaptive reuse of industrial architecture. It is shown, according to present conditions of big and largest post-industrial cities’ industrial architecture the industrial infrastructure (industrial buildings as well as industrial areas) demands today a new experimental level of use, that means the level of adaptive reuse of industrial architecture with new social functions: cultural, educational, entertaining, residential, recreational etc. It is noted, that today is relevant to make scientific research in this field. The purpose of this research work is to analyse the worldwide experience in adaptive reuse of industrial architecture with new social functions (in France, Germany, Poland, Ukraine, England, Spain, Portugal, USA etc.), including examples in the Czech Republic. The present research work assumes the analysis of modern adaptive reused industrial objects in a context of new social functions. The methodology assumes the analysis of objects chosen by a randomization method concerning a system of developed criteria on three levels. On the basis of analysis results of experience in adaptive reuse of industrial architecture with new social functions general conclusions have been developed.

Influence of levels of defects and damages on choice of technology of repair of roofs of industrial building
Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. The paper is devoted to the problem of choice of technologies of repair of flat unventilated roofs of industrial building. The analysis of the organizational and technological documentation and literature has shown that in the reconstruction of industrial roofing repair work is done in the case of insufficient information on the state of the roof, excluding the features of the technology works and the impact of weather conditions and climatic factors. Methodology allowing is defining effective technical and economic decisions of repair taking into account the level of defects and damages of roofs is offered. The essence of the proposed technique is to select the technology of repair on the basis of models of technical and economic indicators. Multivariable models are estimating influence of level of defects and damages on the technical and economic parameters of studied repair roofs are presented. Coefficients of repair of roofing works with the evaluation criteria – the complexity and cost are identified. The critical level of defects, in which the choice of roofing repair method is determined by comparing the estimated cost, complexity and maintenance-free life of routine maintenance to overhaul the entire roof, is proposed. The index of the present value including a maintenance-free service life is shown. The method can be applied not only for repair non-ventilated flat roofs of industrial buildings, but also in the repair of roofs of civil and administrative purposes.
Keywords: technology of repair of roofs, the index of the present value of defects and damages, multivariable models of a cost and a labor, the coefficient of repair of roofing works, the critical level of defects, the index of the present value.

Calculation of heatmoisture walling cellular concrete
Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. In article comparative analysis of methods of calculation of thermal and humidity envelope of porous concrete for graphic-analytical method provided in DSTU-N B.2.6 B-192:2013 has been given. Guidelines for design evaluation of thermal and humidity walling and existing methods provided in the SP 50.13330.2012 «Thermal protection deposited». The main requirement of the existing methods is that the resistance water vapor envelope should be more than two sizes: standard resistance water vapor with conditions unacceptable accumulation of moisture in the building envelope for the annual period of operation and the required resistance water vapor with conditions limiting moisture in the building envelope for the period of negative average monthly temperature of the outside air. The main requirement of graphic-analytical method of increasing the moisture content of the material in the thickness of the layer structure, which may be condensation from the cold period of the year must be less acceptable for insulation characteristics increase the humidity of the material. Based on the analysis, the main advantages and disadvantages of national and international methodologies.

To the question of vacuum air-lift use while producing underwater construction works
Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. In this article the possibility of using of vacuum air-lift to execute bottom deepening construction works are considered. The problem of optimization of exploitation regimes of such settings from the position of power inputs minimization has been given. Output-input ratio of vacuum air-lift is depended of absolute pressure (vacuum) in its air separator in subject to condition of other parameters, which do not change. The dependencies for determination of output-input ratio of vacuum air-lift from pressure in air separator, and to find the optimal pressure having exploitation parameters have been suggested.
Keywords: vacuum air-lift, density, pulp, power inputs, output-input ratio.

Application of the deformation theory relations for the description of concrete deformations under complex multiaxial loading modes
Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. The results of comparative calculations of concrete strains by the most developed deformation theory for the cases of simple and complex modes of one-, two- and triaxial loading are presented. The basic ratios for the modified version plasticity deformation theory for concrete [4] developed in DonNACA are given. Concrete is presented by the model of an orthotropic solid, orthotropic properties of which are caused by directed development of structure micro fractures, which appear as the effects of compressibility and dilatation. The paper discusses the results of experimental studies in conditions of proportional and non-proportional two- and triaxial compression. Conformity of agreement between the calculated values and the experimental one has been performed. It is shown that the ratio of the concrete plasticity strains theory and its modified version, in general, can be used for the description of concrete deformation under various programs of a complex (non-proportional) two- and triaxial increasing loading without unloading. The modified version of concrete plasticity deformation theory based on the shear rupture fracture model of concrete structure was founded the most promising for further development. The orthotropic model further development require special experiments for the quantitative assessment of deformation components which are caused by the micro fracture processes in the concrete structure.
