Economic feasibility of the use of fast-buildings using «sandwich» panels

Abstract. The paper presents the basic economic parameters for the development and application of fast buildings (BMZ), the above analysis steps to implement the plan to build the BMZ and propose a comparative analysis of the «sandwich» panels from different manufacturers. Clear sequence of building phase of BMZ in Ukraine for ordinary building has been given. Leading features of BMZ have been presented, basic materials and design solutions have been also given. Basic methods of building-up of BMZ in Ukraine according to the frameless and framed structural diagram have been resulted. Scheme of formation of BMZ cost according to the global experience percentage wise has been shown. Neglected expenses under BMZ building have been developed. Conditions under design which influences on final cost of production have been determined. Medium estimated cost of square meter of the size of building of the prepared BMZ from home- produced and imported raw materials has been given. The comparative analysis of wall and roof sandwich panels of different makers with warmth-keeping from polyurethane resin and mineral-cotton material has been suggested. Coat of sandwich panels has been done from shaped sheet with slosh of different colours. Thickness of warmth-keeping jacket, given in the table, has been chosen for observance of standards of heat transmission resistance of industrial buildings.

Ultimate strain-stress behavior and durability of reinforced concrete beams

Abstract. The article deals with analysis of methods of determination of the strainstress behavior (SSB), durability and ultimate deformation of the compressed concrete ( cu1 ε ) of reinforced concrete beams which work on a bend, on the basis of deformation models (DM) of Eurocode 2, ДБН В.2.6-98:2009 and DM with the extreme strength criterion (ESC). Application of DM in the theory of reinforced concrete is a significant step forward, as this theory uses a full set of equations of mechanics of deformed solid state (MDSS): physical equations (for concrete and reinforcement), geometrical and equilibrium equations. As a result DM allows finding more precisely the borders of reinforcement modification, strength, characteristics of SSB of reinforced concrete structures (RCS) and their elements (RCE), to take into account the character of complete diagrams of concrete and reinforcement behavior. The existing DМ, except for DM with ESC, need experimental determination of maximum deformation of the compressed concrete cu1 ε for the design of parameters of SSB in the ultimate behavior. Significantly, that cu1 ε is determined by the redistribution of stresses on the height of the heterogeneously tense compressed area of normal section of RCE in the ultimate behavior. The comparison of design of durability of reinforced concrete beams and them SSB in the ultimate behavior upon DМ indicated higher with experimental data at the different classes of concrete (up to f МПа ck cube 120 , = and anymore) and percents of reinforcement describes in this paper. It is proved that the results of design of durability and parameters of SSB in the ultimate behavior on the basis of DM with ESC more exactly coincide with experimental data as compared to DМ of Eurocode 2 and ДБН В.2.6-98:2009.

The technology and properties of modified portland-composite cements for sustainable construction

Abstract. Most pozzolanic materials, especially metakaolin or silica fume tend to increase the mixing water requirement for concrete. The most common reason is that fine mineral particles raise the water demand due to increased surface area. So, in order to optimize the grain size composition of Portland cement with the addition of silica fume and to activate the hardening process of composite cement the technology of surface modification in high-voltage electric field is proposed. The electrical agglomeration setup to produce modified composite cement has been designed. An observation of cross-section of modified composite cement particle as well as an analysis of the element distribution by SEM with EDS is shown. The hardening process of composite Portland cement with the addition of silica fume according to the data of the differential thermokinetic and X-ray analysis is considered.

Approach of the systems to decision of tasks on planning of productive programs that take into account intersystem copulas and realization of motion of material streams

Abstract. In the article a decision over of tasks is brought from organization and management of productive process. Adaptivity of building firm to the changes of environment – the phenomenon is many – sided. From the point of view of logistic of building the adaptivity of building firm shows up in ability of her productive vehicle and organizational structure quickly enough to reform under the changes of the market state of affairs. The logistic allows to decide tasks, that are based on principles of organization, planning and management. The basic criterion of building logistic is logistics. Possibilities of the logistic systems are localized in the basic link of economic activity of participants of building complex. Conception of logistic is the system of looks to the increase of efficiency of functioning of building firm on the basis of optimization of functional and informative processes. The problem of planning (choice) of placing and development of production (for example bases of line – up of industry) requires her decision taking into account intersystem connections that must represent all complex of problem functional questions and find embodiment in the offered economic-mathematical model.

Evaluation of organizing_technological solutions of construction project by means of imitation design

Abstract. At present the country economy requires changing an approach the evaluation of development and making organizing-technological solution taking into account the latest advances in the sphere of science and technology by means of new methods and models. Plenty of factors influence the optimality of organizational-technological solutions of a building project in the market conditions. These circumstances are predetermined the necessity of development an effective control system, to minimize their influence on the choice of an optimal variant building project. Practice has shown that the better evaluation methods are the higher reliability of organizational, technological and economic solutions is. The article addresses issue of increasing the reliability of administrative decisions for a building project and suggests an evaluation methodology of organizing-technological construction solutions using imitation design.

A self-supporting walls made of polystyrene foam concrete in concrete forms

Abstract. In the work the famous constructive-technological solutions for the construction of self-bearing walls using different types of concrete forms are reviewed. A new constructive-technological solution of filling the building frame in penopolistirol concrete forms in the form of magnesite is submitted. The article contains a description of a multi-layer plate magnezit and composition of polystyrene foam concrete. It contains basic provisions on calculation of liquid nails of a new wall construction. Identify practical dimensions and sections of the wall in concrete forms. The calculation on horizontal load data is listed here. The technological sequence device integrated wall construction is described. In the constructive-technological decision of self-supporting walls describes the device of doorways as during construction, as after it. The comparative indicators of labor costs and the cost of the device, 100 m2 from polystyrene foam concrete presents. A comparative analysis of the advantages of building frame and filling device of internal partitions in the form of self-supporting walls made of polystyrene foam concrete in concrete forms of magnesite panels is presented.

Experimental investigations of mode of deformation of steel tower support fragments of optl

Abstract. There is made the comparative analysis of the theoretical and experimental investigations of a useful operation of fragments of steel tower supports of OPTL 110 kV. Attention is focused on high voltage supports, which are operated in Ukraine. There is described the principle of carrying out static experimental investigations of plane trusses on developed specialized experimental unit, allowing to investigate a useful operation of support fragments of OPTL. There is given a design procedure and design data of a plane pattern support in the software package «SCAD». There is presented numerical results of calculation of the experimental unit with the test model. There are received experimental values of stresses in the lattice components and the horizontal and vertical displacements of attachment knots of lattice diagonal element members. In definition of central displacements there is analyzed a joint operation of the lattice components of experimental patterns, supporting influence of the stretched lattice diagonal element members is taken into account.
