Еestimation of work thermal reliability of the stained-glass window system “spider”

Abstract. In the article the problem in connection with a modern fashion in architectural style on plenty of glass in facades is considered. Soviet norms considering light transparent enclosing constructions being wasteful in the sphere of powerefficiency and it is little applied in the life passed by a question of their normalization in the summer period. But with appearance the on of Ukraine territory the light transparent facade systems to the thermodinamical refusals became to arise the given systems in the summer period. On the example of the facade system “Spider”, the model thermophysical tests have been carried out. The program of light transparent tests system protections in model terms in the summer period has been worked out. Data about the real construction behaviour in the summer period have been got. In connection with absence of normative requirements on the light transparent enclosing constructions in the summer period, the review of possible criteria of estimation of light transparent constructions enclosing has been made. As a criterion of estimation of light transparent enclosing constructions It is offered the second condition of comfort. Theoretical calculations on prognostic of temperature increasing in the house with light transparent enclosing constructions on the influence of warm coming from the sun radiation have been carried out. The ways of powerefficiency solution of light transparent constructions application on the stage of designing are offered.

Analytical researches of block diagrams cogeneration installations for systems of heat supply

Abstract. Data of the decentralized manufacture state of thermal and power energy on Ukraine territories, have been given as well as criterion of a drive choice for the electric generator which can be used both an internal combustion engine, and gas-turbine plant are cited in the clause. Schemes cogeneration installations are considered on the basis of an internal combustion engine and two utilizes, on the basis of an internal combustion engine and a water-heating boiler, on the basis of an internal combustion engine and condensation block, on the basis of an internal combustion engine both the steam turbine of low power and the combined scheme with a steam and water-heating boiler. It is proved that while choosing the type of the equipment it is necessary to define the efficiency of various scheme of installation solutions as a whole on the basis of the analysis of their thermal balances. An addition to that power efficiency – operating ratio index is defined of fuel heat, as mellas the basic units in which there are the greatest losses of energy. As a result of the carried out analysis it is established that the most effective of the considered schemes is the cogeneration installations one on the basis of an internal combustion engine and the water-heating boiler.

System analysis of evaluation of ecological safety of water supply and water disposal

Abstract. There have been considered issues of operational management of providing reliability and ecological safety of water supply and water disposal, wherefore a system logical and mathematical model has been suggested, which was based on a complex evaluation of ecological safety systems. This evaluation can be of special significance if it is necessary to eliminate urgent negative changes taking place in the system and while elaboration of program measures directed to improving reliability of cities water supply and water disposal. There have been defined methods of improving ecological safety and reliability of water pipeline and sewerage network taking into account economic risks.

Actual metal framework operation of glass manufacturing

Abstract. The necessity of determination of the tensely-deformed state (TDS) of metal framework of tying around of glass manufacturing furnace has been grounded in the article. The calculation chart the furnace including wall lining joint operation as well as the, bottom and vault, with metal framework has been given. Principles of static calculation of spatial carcass of tying frame have been determined, the method of additional efforts defining because of temperature loads. The specifity of the temperature load application consists in its disproportional operating along the furnace length. In a calculation chart the most high temperature was accepted in manufacturing part of the furnace of 1590°C, in the area of load pocket of 1450°C and in the area of making – 1350°C. The direct contact of metal framework and lining is carried out in the area of vault support through the supporting corner to the column, therefore in the calculation chart applied temperature load influences on efforts in the framework only in one area. The estimation of TDS has been carried out in the furnace framework by means of FEM. Conclusions where the fact was grounded of considerable influencing of the temperature loadings on the metal furnace framework have been given.

Research of influence of additional supporting joints on the bearing ability of the steel silo funnel conic casing

Abstract. In the article the basic questions of reliability of increasing of silo steel funnel conic casing coal storage have been considered. Basic approaches to research of the tensional and deformed state of metal silo funnel have been considered. The analytical calculation of the tensional and deformed state of silo funnel has been carried out with using of the idealized calculation chart on methods, offered in normative documents has been fulfilled. The numeral calculation of the tensional and deformed state of silo funnel has been fulfilled by means of complex account SCAD. The influence on the bearing ability of conical casing of additional supporting joints in kind of supporting ring leaned along the perimeter on bars has been considered. The features of changing’s of the tensional and deformed state of casing are considered while partial elements tearing of funnel fixing to the reinforced concrete cylindrical part of silo. Thus, the variants of both freely hanging conical casing are considered and supported with additional leaned constructions. On the basis of the fulfilled analytical and numeral calculation conclusions have been made and recommendation designing have been given.

Firm particles movement on horizontal sites of exhaust gas duct low power boilers

Abstract. “Viscous” Stoks model is used now for calculations of firm particles movement in the gas stream, at action resistance forces on them. However its opportunities are limited by area of viscous flow at values of Reynolds number from 0,1 up to 2. Wider range has Klyachko dependence which complicates the equation of movement, making it more cumbrous. In work the analytical solution of the equation of particle movement has been received at a nonviscous flow. The received the first and the second integrals have allowed to define movement regularity of firm particles in non-stationary conditions which is characteristically for boilers of low power. The first integral allows to estimate time of particles start of the various size up to the stream speed value. In this case it is possible to define the model borders of the viscous flow round. The second integral allows to define the distance where there will be the stabilization of particle movement. The practical application of work results allows to define the sizes of entrance ash-catchers sections, laws of movement regularities in bunches of convective tubes, etc.
