Methods of Compiling and Updating Digital Electronic Maps of Selected Territories Based on Modern Technologies
Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction
Abstract. The developed article proposes a method for creating and updating digital electronic maps for a selected area using modern technologies. To do this, the Lokbatan settlement of the Garadagh district was chosen as a research area. The topographic maps of the scale 1 : 10 0000, 1: 10 000 and 1: 5 000 and satellite images were used as imput data. The process has been put into action based on topographic maps, ground and satellite geodetic measurements and remote sensing data. Topographic maps of 1: 10 000 scale, consisting of 14 tablets, were vectorized and compared with the same geographical location on maps of 1: 100 000 scale. Based on the vectorization of the input cartographic materials, it has been created the various thematic layers. Layers obtained on the basis of maps with a scale of 1: 100 000 were compared with maps of a scale of 1 : 10 000 and determined the changes. Based on topographic maps, it has been created an electronic map, and the maps were updated based on GPS measurements and space images. The objects received from image, were compared with objects, which were created based on the topographic map at a scale of 1: 5 000 in this part of the region. As a result, it was established that in recent years a large number of residential buildings have been built, many roads in the settlement of Lokbatana have been built.

Analysis of the Stress-Strain State of a Reinforced Concrete Load-Bearing Wall in the Area of Powerful Beam Support
Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. The paper presents a simulation method and analysis of the stress-strain state of the junction of a load-bearing reinforced concrete wall with a powerful beam. The calculations were performed taking into account the physical nonlinearity. The stress-strain properties of concrete are described by the method adopted in the Lyra-SAPR software package using modified deformation diagrams in the unaxial state. To select such a scheme of a finite element model, which ensures a sufficient degree of adequacy of the calculation results, three variants of the scheme are considered: they are from flat elements; flat elements with an absolutely rigid insert imitating a wall section within the contour of the support section of the beam; bulk items. In numerical studies, the effect of the size of the beam, the classes of concrete and reinforcement on the bearing capacity of a fragment of a reinforced concrete wall was evaluated. The nature of the stress state of the wall in the zone of the beam is described.

Complex-Modified Road Asphaltic Steels of Increased Durability
Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. The physical and mechanical properties of complex-modified ethylene glycidylacrylate hot asphalt concrete containing surface-activated 0,7 % by weight of ethylene glycidylacrylate mineral materials (crushed stone, sand, mineral powder in fine-grained asphalt concrete type B) and modified petroleum road bitumen (2 % wt. ethylene glycidylacrylate together with 0,2 % wt. polyphosphoric acid) have been determined and investigated. The asphalt polymer concrete modified holistically by ethylene glycol acrylate is characterized by Marshall resistance, Р = 30 kH; higher resistance to rutting formation, 23…36 % less than unmodified asphalt concrete; water resistance after 90 days of water saturation is Kws = 0,91; the frost resistance coefficient after 100 cycles is F = 0,88, the coefficient of heat aging after 2000 hours (the temperature of heating is 75 °C under UV irradiation) is Kag = 1,2.
Keywords: asphalt polymer concrete, ethyleneglycidylacrylate, composition and structure, physical and mechanical properties.

Determination of Non-Uniform Deformations of Base Caused by Swelling of Soil
Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. The article discusses the determination of uneven deformations of base caused by swelling of soil. An algorithm is proposed for determining additional vertical stresses at arbitrary points in the soil massif, taking into account the weight of the un moistened part of the soil mass beyond the soaking area. The results obtained by the proposed algorithm are compared using the finite element method and in accordance with the current regulatory documents. Analysis of the results has showed that the proposed algorithm more correctly takes into account the effect of the wetted parts of the soil mass located in the direction of the long side of the soaking area, compared to the tabulated dependencies. Simplified formulas are proposed for determining equivalent loads and forced displacements of the base when calculating structures interacting with swelling soil.
Keywords: expansive soils, non-uniform deformations of base, forced displacement, equivalent loads.
