Tools of the State Strategy Development of Export Potential in Context International Experience 
Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade named after Mikhail Tugan-Baranovsky
Abstract. The article examines the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of using the tools of the state strategy for the development of export potential, based on the study of world practice. The essence of the export potential is considered in the context of the instruments of the state strategy for the development of industrial potential. The variety of formulations of the concept «potential» is revealed, as well as the interrelation of the industrial potential of the state with its export potential. It is determined that the export potential of the Donetsk People’s Republic needs to be developed and stimulated by the state. Studied and summarized the types and models of industrial policy, identified their advantages and disadvantages for the state economy, which allowed to formulate the main directions for the development of public policy in terms of the development of export potential in the Donetsk People’s Republic. Also, the analysis of world experience made it possible to determine that in the conditions of modern challenges it is necessary to adapt the existing models for the development of industrial potential, taking into account the specifics of the development of the economy of the Republic.

Methods and Methods of Real Estate Management of Various Functional Purpose 
Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. The article discusses the theoretical aspects of real estate management, including in the context of its functional purpose. Existing approaches to the interpretation of the term «property management», as well as its individual types («management of commercial real estate», «management of residential real estate» and «management of public (special) real estate») have been studied. Within the framework of managing the impact on real estate objects, the specialization of controlling processes and methods of managing objects have been studied. The foreign experience of real estate management as a type of professional activity is considered, the main services of this type of activity are considered. Under the current legislation, the main methods of real estate management were considered, among which special attention was paid to leasing, trust management, concessions, and management of a specialized organization. The detailed elaboration of management methods in the annex to residential, commercial, industrial and socio-cultural real estate has been carried out.

The Business Impact of Leadership on Forming Organizational Culture Staff

Abstract. TThe article deals with various aspects of the influence of business qualities of the head on the organizational culture of the enterprise. The study involves determining the concept of organizational culture, its features, types, features of formation, the role in the production activities of the enterprise. Along with this, the analysis of business qualities of the Manager, different styles of personnel management, depending on the choice of techniques and methods of personnel management on the type of production culture formed during production activities, identified the main stages of the Manager’s work on the formation and development of corporate culture such as the analysis of the existing culture in the enterprise, the development of the corporate code, the definition of forms and methods of work with the staff, the implementation of projects, the analysis of the dynamics of corporate culture, also recommendations for the head on influence on formation of organizational culture of the personnel are formulated.

Iformation Support of the Analysis of Efficiency of Financial and Economic Activity of the Enterprise

Abstract. The article considers the essence, indicators and directions of evaluation of financial and economic activities, indicators of financial results (income). The interdependence of financial results from profits and profitability is shown. Studied the course of the economic research and its objectives for various recipients of information. The main sources of information for obtaining data during economic research of financial and economic activity of the enterprise are given. It has been determined that the effectiveness of economic consideration directly depends on the comprehensiveness and quality of the information used. The essence and types of income of the enterprise are considered. Considered in what is expressed the financial result of the company, namely the manifestation of the financial result of the company in the ability of a particular company. The value of economic information is considered in three aspects, such as: consumer, sources of accounting and non-accounting nature of the source of data. Considered information defining changes in the external sphere of the company. The dependence of the results of the economic activity of the enterprise on the administrative decisions taken is substantiated.

The Basic Directions of Perfection of Personnel Maintenance of the Modern Enterprise

Abstract. The article deals with the main theoretical aspects of staffing of a modern organization, its types and functions, the dependence of the concepts of «personnel policy» and «staffing». The authors of the article conducted an analyzes the main factors that have an impact on the staffing of modern enterprises of the Donetsk people’s Republic at three levels – the state, management and production. Also, the article discusses approaches to human resources management in enterprises, assesses their effectiveness and impact on staffing. To improve the staffing of a modern enterprise, the main directions are defined, which are to reorganize the corporate culture, enterprise management strategy and replace the economic approach to human resources management with a humanistic one.

The Role of Information Management Systems of a Construction Enterprise in Modern Information Economy

Abstract. The relevance of the study of this topic is that the trend of the development of modern civilization is the consistent increase in the role of information and knowledge in society. Information becomes not only a subject of communication, but also a profitable product, an effective modern means of organizing and managing social production, science, culture, education and the socio-economic development of society as a whole. Information is the basis of the economy of the information type and serves as its main resource. The current stage of social development is inextricably linked with the concept of information systems. A system in a general sense should be understood as an object, which at the same time can be considered in two aspects: as a whole; as a set of heterogeneous elements that are combined together to achieve a specific goal.
