The influence of eccentricity on the stress-strain state of the metal chimneys shell
Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract.Methodology for conducting laboratory experiments using a scale model of the chimney section (conjugation node of cylindrical and conical parts) has been given to determine the effects of geometrical deviation in the form of eccentricity on the stress-strain state of shells of metal chimneys in this article. According to the result of the full-scale measurement of a scale model, there were identified and described the geometrical variations in the form of eccentricity and a local dimple. Using the obtained data, a FE model in the software package Ansys Workbench 14,0 was built, which allows taking into account the influence of geometrical deviations on the bearing capacity of the shells of metal chimneys. On the first phase the comparison of numerical and experimental data was made for the purpose of determining the validity of numerical models for the area of eccentricity. The comparison on equivalent stresses (σeq) showed the difference 1–15 %. On the second phase a comparison between sections with and without geometrical deviation provided, for the numerical models and for the pilot ones.

Mechanism of local stress distribution in subpulley structures of frame-type sloping headgears
Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. The article is about the results of the factorial analysis of the stressed state of guide pulley joints resting on the sub-pulley structures of the shaft frame-type headgears under operating conditions. The analysis was carried out on the design models consisting of band and solid finite elements implemented within the program complex «Ansys Workbrench 14.0». From the numerous experiments the mechanism of the local stress distribution under support bearings of the guide pulleys was found out, the parameters of the stressed state under changes of the processing and design factors were determined. The obtained results were compared with the full-scale experiment data. In general, the obtained results are the bases for the improvement of the engineering procedures of designing steel structures of the shaft sloping headgears.

The methodology of experimental and theoretical research efforts in the assembly hinge-core system with use a control system
Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. This article gives an analysis of previous experimental studies. The urgency of carrying out experimental research efforts in the assembly hinge-core system with use a system of positive error compensation. The methodology of the experiment and the scheme and the experimental setup. The presented method allows to determine the experimental studies of the actual assembly efforts not only in the flat metal hinge-core system, but also in the spatial span core shell. The general form of designed objects can be varied – cylindrical, spherical, elliptical, toroidal, conical, etc.

The analysis of influence of dynamic character of technological loading on intense-state of strain the superstructure of trellised conveyor passageway
Donbas National Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture
Abstract. In article the analysis of influence of speed of movement of the conveyor on intense-state of strain designs of trellised conveyor passageways by span of 18 m and 30 m. has been carried out. Research on spatial rod settlement models with the account of dynamic character of technological loading has been also carried out. As a result of numerical experiments, dynamism factors on internal efforts for the basic structural components of trellised conveyor passageways have been received. For the most intense elements the dynamism factor on internal efforts makes a range from 1.20 to 1.26, the increase in pressure in relation to the pressure received by a standard technique (Textbook of conveyor gallery design (to SNIP 2.09.03-85)) makes from 16.1 to 19.5 %.
Keywords: constructions of trellised conveyor passageways, dynamic loadings, tensely-state of strain, dynamism factor on internal efforts, coefficient of utilizations of sectional views.

Abstract. The paper deals with the dynamic tests of beam type elements installed on the facade of the Government-Owned Establishment Of Concert and Sporting Complex Centre of Public Joint Stock Company of «Stirol Concern» (later on, «Concert Hall») at the refurbishment, where to suppress of vibrations, the dynamic suppressor has been offered. In accordance to the architectural concept of the facade, the above-mentioned elements represent the cantilever disconnected between each other with the cantilever element overhang of 6–7 m and are subjected to the effects of eddy excitation of vibrations in the wind flow where the stable vibrations of increased level can appear across the wind flow. During the realization process of the design, the necessity of full-scale determination of the dynamic parameters of the above-mentioned constructions and application of special dynamic suppressors has been sprung up. To decrease the vibration amplitude at the resonant mode, the dynamic suppressors for above-mentioned constructions have been worked out, made and erected. The full-scale dynamic tests of constructional operation with vibration suppressors and without in order to obtain a piece of information of their application efficacy have been carried out.
Keywords: dynamic tests, vibration suppressors, eddy excitation of vibrations.
